Midwifery Wards
The midwifery ward is located on the first floor of the hospital and includes public and private rooms No. 241 to 248. In this ward, patient admission, cesarean delivery, natural childbirth, miscarriage, curettage, and cervical cerclage for pregnant women are done. In this ward, midwifery personnel attend to mothers, and nurse personnel attend to babies.
Gynecology Ward
This ward is located on the second floor and provides the following services:
- Hospitalization: Different types of surgeries such as gynecology, plastic surgery, general surgery, neurosurgery, internal surgery, urology, and sometimes midwifery.
In care there is no vacant room, this ward supports all wards for patient admission.
NICU
Located on the first floor of Pastorno Hospital, the NICU ward provides better treatment, scientific and practical capacity, and care for premature infants and babies with low birth weight, congenital heart disease, congenital problems and anomalies, surgical problems, neonatal jaundice, respiratory problems, and childbirth injuries, etc. By employing modern and efficient facilities, experts, committed personnel, experienced and resident physicians 24 hours a day, and using sub-specialty consultations on different aspects. Having observed safety principles, and infection control, it provides support, accompaniment, and psychological services for babies' parents, The NICU ward does its best for babies’ recovery with the least complications and the best treatment. It also provides services after discharge to gain the desired result.
Ward 2
Ward 2 is dedicated to pediatric surgery and supports the gynecology ward and ward 3, in case of no vacancy for patient admission in all cases.
Ward 3
Ward 3 is located on the third floor and provides services for male general surgery in the fields of male neurosurgery, different types of male general surgeries, supervised and internal surgery, post ICU, plastic surgery, and urology.
Maternity Hospital
Pastorno Maternity Hospital is located on the first floor and provides the following services:
- Outpatient visit
- Doing NST
- Doing AmniSure test
- Requesting sonography for placenta and fetus, biophysical, abdomen and pelvis health
- Requesting pregnancy and preeclampsia tests
- Controlling FHR, contractions, bleedings, monitoring pregnant women and fetus
- Using different types of analgesics such as Entonox, IV, spinal, and epidural
- Performing emergency and non-emergency consultations (cardiac, internal, nerves, general surgery, anesthesia)
- Doing ECGs for pregnant women
- Doing portable sonography by a gynecologist
- Presence of podiatrists during childbirth if needed
- Doing natural childbirth with physiologic and painless delivery methods
- Hospitalization of emergency caesarian patients and transferring them to the operating room
- Completion of legal pregnancy
