About Lipomatic
Lipomatic is a type of lipo-sculpting in which the excess fat will be removed from or transferred to a desired area which will slim and reshape the body. Lipomatic is often mistaken for liposuction but the technology used in lipomatic to break and suction fat is very much different from liposuction.
What is Lipomatic Surgery?
Lipomatic surgery is a type of cosmetic surgery that aims to remove unwanted fat from different parts of the body. Unlike traditional liposuction, which uses suction tubes to break up and extract the fat, lipomatic surgery uses advanced devices that vibrate and rotate at high speeds to liquefy and remove the fat. The devices also have sensors that detect the skin's thickness and elasticity and adjust the pressure and direction accordingly. This reduces the risk of skin damage, bruising, and bleeding. Lipomatic surgery can also transfer the removed fat to other areas of the body, such as the breasts or face, to enhance their shape and volume.
Lipomatic surgery is suitable for people who have stubborn fat deposits that do not respond to diet and exercise, and who want to improve their body contour and appearance. It is not a weight loss procedure, and it does not treat obesity or sagging skin. Lipomatic surgery can be performed on various body parts, such as the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, arms, neck, and chin. The procedure is usually done under local or general anesthesia, depending on the extent and location of the treatment. The surgery can take from one to three hours, depending on the amount of fat to be removed.

The surgeon will use local or general anesthesia to numb the area and reduce pain or discomfort.
The surgeon will make small incisions, with a diameter of 2-5 mm, to the treatment area.
The surgeon will insert the lipomatic device, which is a narrow tube with a vibrating and rotating tip, through the incisions and into the fat layer.
The device will emit ultrasonic waves to liquefy the fat cells and inject a solution for numbness and prevention of bleeding into the area.
The device will suction out the liquefied fat and the anesthetic solution from the body through the same tube.
The surgeon will close the incisions with sutures or staples, and apply bandages to reduce swelling and bruising.
The surgeon will transfer the removed fat to other body parts, if desired, by injecting it into the desired areas.
Lipomatic Recovery
The important factor about lipomatic surgery is that the size remains for a long time and cellulite is eliminated. Unlike liposuction, no hospitalization is required and the patient is usually discharged right after the procedure. A Lipomatic procedure will last around 2-3 hours, and you can walk out after the process. Since the procedure is done under local anesthesia, most patients can return to normal activities the next day. During the surgery, cellulitis can also be eliminated and the size reduction will last a long time. With lipomatic the fat is released by vibrational movements of the lipids, then the fat is removed without any pain or bleeding. Lipomatic will change the shape and size of your body, with a recovery time between 3-7 days.
